Yeah, they would be the first, but I'd imagine that the development
team would be "grandfathered" in. There's probably 6-8 guys that are
on the development team. I'm not sure if they're past that phase or
not. I haven't heard any CCDEs mention that they are attempting the
board exam.

I really have no idea and am just speculating. I can't even think
about CCAr stuff right now - gotta pass the CCDE practical first!
Then I need to figure out where I would get the $15k. ;)
