Yes I agree with Nadeem.
I am running exactly same CPU and RAM. I can run v5 fine in Ubuntu with 10%
utilisation.
Make sure that when you are calculating idlepc that it is being updated
across all your router instances.Sometimes when you calculate idlepc the
router you calculate it for has the best value but all others remain with
the old value until you manually update the NET file.
