Which folder did you put the PNG into? Could you tell what images did you
put there and show your List.xml file?

Is it "Service unavailable" or "Selection unavailable"?

Subject: Problem with IP Phone Custom Background for 7961

Hi All

I tried to test to change the background for the IP Phone. When I upload the
PNG file and List.xml to the CUCM. Then I restart TFTP service.

Then I try to change the background for the phone. It does not show the
upload image and show a message "service unavailable" on the phone.

Below is the steps for I used

1. Create a list.xml with following command.
<CiscoIPPhoneImageList>
<ImageItem Image="TFTP:Desktops/320x196x4/TN-Fountain.png"
URL="TFTP:Desktops/320x196x4/Fountain.png"/>
</CiscoIPPhoneImageList>

2. Adjust the size for the PNG file to 320 x 196 & 80 x 49 ( I only use
the sample picture from Windows only).

3. Upload the PNG file to folder /Desktops/320x196x4

4. Upload the list.xml to CUCM.

5. Restart the TFTP service.

Does the PNG should be some restriction or some steps are missing.
Thanks
David
