If I understand the documents correctly the candidates from the 360
program can use saved 30 minutes for other exam sections. As the
troubleshooting section is limited to 2 hours, this would give these
candidates 6 hours for the configuration section, not just 5.5 hours.

Ok, if you can answer the core questions in 5 minutes, this also gives
you extra time. But most candidates need more time for the answers.

Having 30 minutes of extra time for the configuration section makes this
part of the exam easier as well. Hopefully we do not get 1st class and
2nd class CCIEs in the future.

I know Cisco owns the exam and makes the rules. But Cisco should not try
to promote their official training this way.
