RE: OEQ Waiver program! No MORE OEQ for Cisco 360 students.

So, a potential employer should now ask "Did you get your OEQs waived?" during
an interview? I have already worked at a few companies where the CCIE moniker
earned a more thorough screening vs. a lighter one. Joy.
