Regarding routers for CCIE R & S

Hi Experts,

I have got 6 Cisco 2600's. Below is the configuration for the same.

Can anyone please comment, if i can use these for the CCIE Routing switching
coz it does not have enough RAM . Thats one thing which is bothering me.
