Re: RSVP

If your configuration (IP address etc) is on the sub-interfaces, you should
configure it on both, logical and physical.
If there are multiple sub-interfaces on the same physical, the amount of
"rsvp bw" configured on the physical would be the aggregate of the "rsvp bw"
configured on all the sub-interfaces.

Obviously if only a physical interface, it is only configured once.

But in the event of multilink, it is not a sub-interface, (yes still
logical).
I still think you would need it on both physical and multipoint logical, but
the physical amount would not be a aggregate.
