Subject: Passed RSv4 on Thursday
Just a quick note to say I passed the RS lab in San Jose on Thursday.
For preparation I attended Narbik's bootcamp in California the first
week of December, then proceeded to do every lab in the workbooks,
even the ones I knew I was solid with already. I did this more for
gaining speed than anything, which I think helped me immensely (I was
done with an hour to spare). I also did all 6 ASET labs from Cisco, a
bunch of the 360 mock labs, and 1 of the graded 360 labs.
I have to say I found the 360 labs much harder than the real lab. I
think if you can score over 75% on the graded labs you are probably
ready to go.
I also read the "Routing Bits Short Notes" (http://blog.ru.co.za/) the
day before the lab just to keep fresh... I thank both Narbik and
Ruhann for their great products..
Not sure what I'm going to do with my free time now.. It's certainly
feels weird..
