Called Number Name display on IP Phone

Dear all

Can IP Phone display the called number name from PSTN call (e.g 911 (with
name US Emergency)? If I dial 911 from one IP Phone, will the name US
Emergency show on the IP Phone display screen. If yes, how can I configure
this?
