You don't need 3-4 pcs .. just have a good pc loaded with tons of RAM ..
install lots of network cards .. install microsoft loopback adaptors through
add remove hardware .. bridge your network cards with the loopback adaptors
and then use the clouds to connect your routers with the loopbacks ...
NIC1 - Loopback 1 - bridge it through Network Connections in windows - use
dynamips cloud to attach the ethernet.
