Good afternoon,

We have a few 1242AG's LAP's -> (AIR-LAP-1242AG-A-AG) that were purchased,
connected to the controller downloaded

c1240-rcvk9w8-tar.124-21a.JA2.tar

When we now look at these AP's they won't register with the controller (4402
running the following-

Manufacturer's Name.............................. Cisco Systems Inc.
Product Name..................................... Cisco Controller
Product Version.................................. 6.0.196.0
RTOS Version..................................... 6.0.182.0
Bootloader Version............................... 4.2.205.0
Emergency Image Version.......................... N/A
Build Type....................................... DATA + WPS)

And they dont show their dot1radio interfaces-

Show Vers# (omitted)
cisco AIR-LAP1242AG-A-K9 (PowerPCElvis) processor (revision A0) with
24566K/8192K bytes of memory.
Processor board ID FTX1337B0LC
PowerPCElvis CPU at 262Mhz, revision number 0x0950
Last reset from power-on
LWAPP image version 6.0.196.0
1 FastEthernet interface

However, of course, we convert them back to Autonomous mode - we do see
dot1radio interfaces, and can successfully manually create ssid's with
authentication)

Any ideas?

Thanks!

-Joe
