As far as difference goes .. for R$S .. if you are using proper image
of IOS .. u shd feel no diffference .
There is difference in number of moduels / Nm support in 28xx and 38xx .
For example .. ( Just saying from my experience )
2801 will not have any Nm slot and will have 2 out of 4 slots for
VWIC/WIC slots .
So if you are planning for
1) Making 2801 as your FR switch and you have a NM-16 serial ports ..
This will not work .. There is no NM slot in 2801
2) If you are planning to make this as FR switch and you have
4*HWIC-2T .. again a problem ..
So please come out a proper plan what modules are you using and which
router will you put which module .
