Usb to serial cable that works in Windows 7?

Is there a usb to serial cable that works in Windows 7? As far as I know,
none of them have drivers for Windows 7. I need this to console into my
Cisco routers. My laptop has Windows 7. I can't install Windows XP because
the manufacturer no longer provides drivers for Windows XP.
