I don't believe Ryan was being rude. You're in a forum where people
are asking questions about advanced topics and technologies, not in a
forum to get very basic connectivity, so the question you posed to
this audience isn't appropriate.

Setting up access to your terminal server through the internet
unfortunately doesn't belong on this list.

If you're pursing your CCIE, one of the key components to this pursuit
is the ability to find the answer to your questions on your own and
not taking the easy way out be being spoon fed.
