You are asked to remove any aliases from your configuration JUST IN
CASE.

There's nothing that is explicitly always a problem, but since aliases
are very personal in nature, and what you choose may be fine whereas what
I choose may mess something up with the grading script.

Always be safe. Remove them. It would suck to lose points for something
that simple!

If I use alias commands in CCIE Lab. Should I remove at the end of the
exam? Are there any issues If I forgot to remove?

  Please clarify me.
