QoS monitoring on Cisco 3560/3750/4948 platforms

Hi Group,

Currently having a brain-freeze moment.

How can we centrally monitor the QoS statistics on the Cisco
3560/3750/4948 switch platforms?
I want to be able to collect and graph the QoS markings on external
traffic as it enters/leaves the network, i.e. similar to Netflow.
