To add to all of the good advice that you've already gotten, I found
it very useful to read through labs and solutions that I didn't have a
chance to work through. I worked through one workbook, but I read
through several others. Also, don't do anything the last week before
your lab, except maybe some light reading through the doc. Give your
brain and body a rest...
I have chronic wrist tendonitis from my tennis days, which still comes
back every now and then. The best thing to do is to put heat on it,
then do some wrist exercises. Hand grippers work well and also simple
stretches. Flex your wrist back by pulling your fingers back and hold
for 10 count. Then do the opposite by pushing your hand down and hold
for 10 count. Repeat 10 times. Ice afterwards... Aleve is good to
manage the pain...
I'm no doctor but that's what my trainer had me doing when I was in
college, and I've been able to manage it for several years without
surgery. Good luck!
Thanks,
Ronnie
