I my opinion... since you are not using virtual routers in real life...
Its worth getting real gear if you can afford to. You will run into all
sorts of stuff along the way. (rommon/flash/memroy install, physical
cabling etc.) that although not on the exam will help you better understand
Cisco in general... And better prep you for a job in this field.
