You could also get something a little more purpose driven like an Avocent
Cyclades. Everything we put in production in our core we have Out Of Band
via the cyclades. Works great and supports SSH so you can hit it at your
house via the Internet and know that no one is seeing your BGP config! The
roll thru EBay on a frequent basis.

I saw a few responses already, but I'd just thought I'd throw my 2 cents
in...I'd suggest an NM-32A in a 2600 depending on your budget. If you
can only afford a 2511, so be it. You can get the octal cables now a
days pretty cheap. With the 2600, you can also get a couple of WIC-2Ts
or 2A/Ss, and have the terminal server act as your frame switch as
well...it's a nice little solution. A 3640 w/ an NM-xxx (Ethernet
module of some sort), an NM-32A, and an NM-8A/S is also a nice combo
terminal server and frame switch. Lots of options for ya.
