Hi,
As per my knowledge it goes like this:

INE workbook volume I : Technology( e.g. OSPF, BGP,etc) focused Labs
INE workbook volume II: Full fledge labs. ( Labs employing diff technologies
at the same time)
INE workbook volume IV: Troubleshooting related labs. (labs focused towards
TS aspect of a technology)

Versions indicate the changes incorporated in the workbooks with the passage
of time. You need to work with the latest one.

Mock Labs = Practice labs with high complexity to really test your
preparation before going to the actual lab.
IE Workbook = INE Workbook, IP Expert WB , Narbik WB etc. ( Diff vendors)

certlabs=similar provider like pass4sure, testking, etc.

Regards

Owais
