Could be man. With the IOS though you guaranteed a few twists now & then. I
think the ipv6 traffic-filter applies an ACL to an interface while the
command you are using defines the ACL. The absence of the option you are
searching for is probably a CLI bug introduced recently because I've only
come across it on while working on R & S material & new code. I haven't seen
it on the any racks from the old blueprint or code for the old blueprint.
