i see the same thing on 7200 Cisco IOS Software, 7200 Software
(C7200-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(24)T2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

Router(config)#ipv6 access-list ?
  log-update Control access list log updates

and also Cisco IOS Software, 3800 Software (C3845-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M),
Version 12.4(24)T2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)
