Additionally Dynagen, at least on Ubuntu, keeps router configs in the .net
file. So it is very easy to move topology to another machine without
worrying about every routers config location.

Ok I see what you mean. i.e.: instead of pointing the image to
c:\cisco\image.bin(gns3 -win), should be pointed to
a unix structure such as /home/cisco/ios/.. (linux dynagen)

I will give it a try this weekend with Linux.
