Actually, this was explicitly told and retold by, at that time, CCIE
R&S program manager.

Switches are not part of the troubleshooting section, as
troubleshooting section is done in virtual environment.
Troubleshooting of switches is covered in the Config section.
CCBOOTCAMP hosted a webinar with Maurilio (mentioned former head of
CCIE R&S program) where this was covered. Brad - could you re-send the
link, please?
