I have a Dell XPS M1330 - Core 2 Duo 2 GHz - 4 GB Ram, running Ubuntu with
GNS3

and i do full labs with 12 to 15 routers and also run vmware/virtualbox with
multiple XP hosts (for cisco softphones) and linux hosts (for webservers)
also use VLC player to stream multicast live video, just to get a better
feel for it then using 'igmp join group'...

also i can do pix/asa with that same setup....

havent tried JUNOS yet, but i am sure it will work fine as well....
