Technically speaking, GNS3 is using Dynamips ;-).
I do agree with Narbik here though. I created my topology with GNS3 to
make it look nice, but I also prefer using Dynagen instead. Much
lighter and more reliable... (and not horribly out of date for Mac, as
GNS3 is).
GNS3 does offer some additional features, like PIX/ASA support, which
Dynagen doesn't.
