RE: Policing in one class with LLQ

Thanks Andrew, I knew I had heard that before, 5 minutes of searching and I
gave up :) . I should have been more clear below with my last statement, the
HQF section read that the behavior is inline with what others have already
posted. Strict police, if congestion, but allow excess when no congestion is
detected.

I looked around through HQF and the functionality seems to be the same there
as well.
