ASA VPN accounting help and ready to pay for that

Hello experts,

I need an ASA expert person to help me to figure out implementing accounting
(through ACS or Syslog) for VPN remote access, i.e. the accessed service and
service while they are connected through the VPN. And we will pay him for
that.
