Lab rescheduling issue

Dear All,

I passed my R&S written exam on 8-Aug-2008 and attempted for the lab
on 25-Nov-2008. But I couldn't clear the lab.

I am trying to re schedule my lab in May 2010, but I am getting the
following message:

"" Lab Request Completed
You have NOT been scheduled.
ERROR: Candidates must attempt the CCIE lab exam within 18 months of
passing the CCIE Qualification exam. After the first lab attempt,
candidates must attempt the CCIE lab at least once every 12 months
from the last lab attempt in order for their qualification exam to
remain valid. (No Data Updated).""

I think i need to give the written exam again :(
