Thanks so much for the help, of course this issue followed a redistribution
section, I assume I still had some debris from the loop I created earlier
that was resolved. I did notice , after walking away for a minute, that
there was an alternate path, clearing the routing table put the correct path
in the routing table and the link came up. Thanks again all ( I bet the
headache I had , that mistake won't happen again ) lol

Has anyone ever seen an issue where 2 BGP peers connected via FR ( IGP being
OSPF - all neighbors up and receiving ospf routes ) would be stuck in a
OpenSent on side A / OpenConfirm on side B state. I know one side is waiting
for the Notification and Keepalives but it never gets pass this phase???
