Having looked more deeply into these phases of BGP peering, I agree it is
already past the TCP 179 phase. My last response was off my mobile off the
top of my head. We need to figure out why side A is never getting the
keepalive from side B. As others have said, smells like possibly some sort
of asynchronous routing issue. Post your configs.
