Guys the routers are stuck in the later stage, port 179 can NOT be an issue,
The frame-relay inverse arp should not be an issue either, because he says
(I am going based on what i am reading) that the routers are seeing routes.
i agree with Bryan, we need to see the config. If one of the routers is
stuck in the OpenSent, it means its still negotiating some of the fields in
the Open message, it could be some of the capabilities, As Bryan stated,
need to see the configs and IOS releases.
