Muhammad,
                    Replace the patch cable from the 7975 to the Switch with a
Factory made (Cat5/6 ) and re-test.Then qualify the Cable run from the switch
to the Network drop , make sure all is well . Plug the 7975 into a diff rent
drop and observe behaviors.
            If the cables check out the problem is most likely the switch port
on the 7975. Regards,

so behind the firwall 7911 is working and 7975 is not working
please connect the 7975 in the same port where 7911 is connected and test
