I am working as Network design engineer , writing low level design ,
implementing network projects and troubleshooting if the first line ,
second and third line are unable to solve .I have an opotunity in my
company to become a Network Instructor / Trainer ,pay wise it is the same
.But I was thinking hard about this position , only that I am afraid I will
not be involved in real world project .Do you guys think this being an
instructor will help me in advancing my career in any way .What do
