As for validity and Proctoring..
And as for the labs, how many times have you seen the proctors get up and
leave the desk.
In my RTP experiences, I sat right in front of the Proctor desk, I think they
were not helping candidates that much...
So could they VT to 2 other locations? Sure...
Anyway, I don't see it helping me at all....
I now return you to your normal snowy Sat AM.. (or at least where I am.....)

I highly doubt the price going down - if it does, someone let me know and
I'll book my Voice lab this way (I wish)...
Only once in a while. Remember, the proctors can only be video conferenced
in to so many locations at once.
