By giving them to anyone outside people from Cisco would break the
confidentiality agreement, resulting in (very propable) termination
of contract. What's more important, by having the blueprints you'll
learn exactly nothing, as they don't show logic of ASICs, FPGAs and
other stuff that's soldered to the cards. And by the way, such detailed
information is not even available to Cisco sales people, so... no.

But for the 6500 there's pretty decent slide deck (a couple of them)
from Networkers - which LC does what and how, including packet walks
and pretty detailed troubleshooting information.
