Logging Management and DHCP Problem

Hi Group,

I'm currently have two questions which I don't understand

1. If I configure a dhcp pool say network 10.10.10.0 /24 and I must exclude the used addresses from the routers etc..
Should I also exclude the net address -> 10.10.10.0 ?

2. If I configure logging buffered 50000
The error counter should be enabled ...in the event when the local buffer is overwritten
