Scott is correct. Cyber hacking and security intrusion are two great targets
for a wave of terrorist attacks.
This now allwos aspiring CCIE's with bad intentions to not have to fly to a
testing location so the no-fly list is no longer a deterrent. Now the Cisco
no-test list will be checked when a person ARRIVES at the testing center.
Then a Homeland Security portal will beam them to the ICE office nearby for
interrogation.
Beyond belief.
