Extension Mobility Integration with PC Loggin

Dear Friends

I would like to know any method where I can integration Phone Loggin with
the PC loggin

Since PC is Physically connected to the same Phone device port one of my
client need to loggin to the phone once he logged in to the PC (AD User
Account) and similarly once he Logged off phone also need to be logged off

I need to know is there any application which can fulfill this requirement
or can we do it with the call manager itself
