 Well, CCBootcamp offers some... And according to their last marking
e-mail, the classes are being taught by a real-life CCDE. They weren't
before, which means they have a new instructor! (name unknown)

They did, however, forget to update their web site with any detailed
information. :)

Otherwise there's someplace in UK called CCDEBootcamp. Also taught by a
CCDE from the onset (never heard of the guy before though).

Both of these companies ran classes before the last CCDE exam (Dec 8) but
since no test results have been released, and nobody has stepped up to
say they went to the bootcamp and then the exam, there's zero empirical
information about success rates of either versus studying alone!

AFAIK though, those are the only two.
