   Thank you very much for the response. I think I may have explained wrong
though; so basically when the main phone dials 2222 it dials to say EMERGENCY
TECH SUPPORT. When the tech support team gets the call, they see the persons
Internal CID. Im trying to make it though so that they dont see the caller ID,
they see that it is coming from 2222, so either it will say 2222 or show
EMERGENCY TECH SUPPORT when they get that call so they know where the person
is trying to reach them through.

            Yes, use the , Calling party transformation mask on the Route
Group that routes the 2222 dial peer.

   So I am trying to configure on UCM that when a person dials the specific
unt pilot number a name will display on the called parties screen. So for
xample someone dials 2222 it goes to a sales hunt group - Sales sees the call
oming in from that Hunt Pilot and not from the calling parties specific
evice so they know what Hunt Pilot it is coming from. Is this possible?
