Hans,
I am not familiar with a way to track routes in a routing protocol using
SNMP but you could use object tracking, if the route disappears then it will
create a syslog that you can monitor on.
R1(config)#track 2 ip route ?
A.B.C.D {/nn || A.B.C.D} Prefix and mask
R1(config)#track 2 ip route
