You can do per vlan qos on a trunk... so you can apply different policies to
different vlans
you do this command in each trunk interface you want that applied and put
the service-policy in the SVI associated to that vlan
something like
interface GigabitEthernet1/0
! trunk interface
mls qos vlan-based
!
interface vlan 100
service-policy output VLAN100-policy
!
interface vlan 200
service-policy output VLAN200-policy
