This command (channel-protocol) is simply a way to restrict things to
whatever protocol you wish. So, if you say "channel-protocol pagp"
and then you put in "channel-group 1 mode active" <--- LACP config the
channel-group command will NOT override.

Basically, it is a protection mechanism
