Hi Hans,

Yes you can ...

If phone 1 calls phone 2 then the calls manager comes in action for
creating the termicating the session.
After the session is created there is direct RTP Stream between Phone
1 and Phone 2. During the call even if the CCM fails the call wil be
active.
