Well i think if they come up with a complete curriculum, they should retire
the SP. But the fact that they used a different name, kind of tells me that
they may leave the existing SP in there. You never know. But if they are
covering PE-CE and PE-PE and the existing track does NOT cover what happens
in the core at all, they should retire the existing SP.
