Nope. It binds to a nic and that nic sits on a span port, loves life, and sees all packets. The flows are visible per host and per protocol on a webpage hosted by the ntop service, like http://somebox:3000
One gotcha- make sure you have and use a realistic expiration time of old stats to you don't overwhelm the host's memory.
