You should be able to access them via PEC http://www.cisco.com/go/pec
I don't think anyone actually has a Nexus Simulator in their labs except
isco. Perhaps access to one remotely.

    Ok, so not long back I wrote the list to get some info on if anyone

 about this NX-OS Simulator. I got several responses saying they got it
 through
 Cisco being a Gold Partner. I currently work @ a Cisco Gold Partner and
 our
 AM/SE are saying that it isnt possible to get this simulator. SO, two
 questions
 1. Does someone know how to go about getting this since we are also a
 Gold
 Partner?
 and/or
 2. Is anyone willing to share the actual software?
 I really would appreciate it.
