DOC CD

Dear Experts,

Since Cisco has changed the DOC CD to below url

http://www.cisco.com/cisco/web/psa/default.html?mode=prod

Are we allowed to navigate to all subsections or are there any restrictions.
For example I can navigate to below url from above link, which has
configuration examples and tech notes. Unlike the previous DOC CD
