The Mobile labs are in Johannesburg South Africa (well they were last
week)

Out of the 36 people who attempted last week, 4 have been confirmed as
passing. (This is from the proctor himself)

This was also confirmed at least twice by CCIE proctors. There have
been multiple passes, but only one who was announced in public.
